– Payment procedure (payment methods – payment cards, how and when the Customer will receive reservation confirmation).

You can pay for the reservations in a newer and safer way – KLIX. This is a payment method created by Citadele Bank, which ensures the security of your data and money. KLIX offers the option to pay by card and directly from a bank account.

KLIX Pay by card – the ability to pay with VISA and Mastercard cards. When making a payment for the first time, the buyer can agree in the payment form that the card details will be saved in the KLIX app. If you agree to save your card details, the next time you visit any website with KLIX you will be able to pay faster because your card details will already be automatically filled in. KLIX card payment system complies with the requirements of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

KLIX payments from a bank account. This is a fast and secure payment method that allows you to pay for your online purchases. To make a payment, select your bank, log in, and confirm the payment. KLIX is a secure bank payment initiator providing a service in accordance with the European Union Directive 2007/64/EC Payment Services (PSD 1).

If necessary, the services can be paid for with a payment card that does not belong to the guest. In this case, the phone number of the cardholder must be provided. If necessary, we will contact that person to confirm that they agree to pay for the services. If the cardholder cannot be reached by phone, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

– Reservation payment and confirmation procedure (time, deadlines, etc.).

After successfully completing your reservation, you will receive a confirmation and no more than 2 days before check-in, if you have not made payment by other methods, you will receive an advance invoice with a request to pay for the reservation by the selected method via KLIX. After payment, you will receive check-in information on the day of check-in, when the apartment is ready for your stay.

If you need an invoice and a document that can be used for accounting, please provide company or other necessary details. We will issue an invoice on the day of check-out.

– Transaction cancellation and refund procedure.

Cancellation Policy: If payment is made and the reservation is later cancelled or if the guest does not show up at the property without prior notice, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged and will not be refunded.

In case of violation of the general rules of the accommodation establishment, which results in the termination of the service contract and the guest being required to leave the accommodation establishment, the amount paid for the stay is not refunded.

If necessary, refunds are made within 5 business days from the date of reservation cancellation.
