Please note that there is no reception and guests at this property are self-check-in. On the day of arrival, when the apartment is ready for the guest's stay and payment has been received, we send him a code with which he can pick up the key-card from the key safe at the entrance to the building.
After booking, it is requested to pay it by bank transfer. If guests wish, they can pay by credit card or cash at the place of stay at a pre-arranged time.
We can offer special rates for long term or group stays. Please contact us for them.

A damage deposit may be required, which is returned at the end of the stay, subject to no violations or damage to the property.
Apartment complex "TopFloor Apartments" is located in a residential building, so please respect the rest of other residents and guests. Quiet hours: from 9 p.m. until 8 a.m. Parties are strictly prohibited at this property!
We cannot control the guests and are not responsible for the behavior of others, but please inform us of violations of internal rules.
Pay attention! We would like to inform you that the single and double studios are completely newly equipped in the new building of our apartment complex. Keep in mind that on weekdays, during working hours, renovation work may be carried out on other floors of the new building, so noise may be heard. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience. If you want to avoid these disturbances, we suggest you choose a three-bed studio or a loft with a sauna in the old building of our apartment complex (same building, same floor).
All of our apartments and the entire building are strictly prohibited from smoking regular and electronic cigarettes and other smoking materials. If evidence of smoking is found in the apartments or other areas of the building, you will be asked to pay a fine. Please note that we comply with Lithuanian laws prohibiting smoking indoors.
If you have special health needs, e.g. allergies to animals, sensitivity to smells, mobility restrictions or others, please inform us about this at the time of booking or as early as possible.
Termination of the rental agreement is possible if:
„TopFloor Apartments" is not responsible for lost or forgotten personal items in the premises.
The guest is financially responsible for any damage they cause during their stay.
Minimum age to register is 18.
Parents or other persons accompanying (guarding) children are responsible for children's behavior and safety at the place of stay. Apartment complex "TopFloor Apartments" There are 2 elevators here, one in Building A and one in Building B. Only "
The 5th floor can only be accessed by „TopFloor Apartments" guests with their apartment keys-cards.
We offer guests to park their vehicle in the underground parking lot. The number of parking spaces in the underground parking lot is limited, so please make arrangements for this service in advance, before the day of arrival. The price of a parking space: 8 euros/day.
Notes: the permitted vehicle height limit is 1.9 m, it is forbidden to enter vehicles with gas equipment.
There is also plenty of parking on the streets near the building. We recommend downloading the Unipark mobile app to pay for your parking space. If you use a foreign phone number, choose to pay by card or Google Pay (not from a mobile operator).
You can stay with your pets in our accommodation, which must be supervised during the stay and not cause inconvenience to other guests. Pet fee: 10 euros/night for each pet. Please let us know in advance if you intend to bring a pet.
A maximum of 2 pets are allowed per apartment. We accept pets up to 10 kg.
It is forbidden for pets to use human bedding, towels, dishes, etc.
The owner of the animal is responsible for its behavior and undertakes to fully compensate the damage caused by the animal at the place of stay.
Apartments are cleaned once a week free of charge (for stays longer than 7 nights). Additional cleaning services can be ordered for an additional fee. We change towels upon guests' request.
In the self-service laundry, you will find basic cleaning supplies: a vacuum cleaner, a broom, and floor cleaning supplies.
The waste container is located on the east side of the building, on Vytenio Street, near the entrance to the parking lot. The gate can be opened with your apartment key-card.
A self-service laundry is located on the 5th floor next to the elevator in building A. There is a washer and dryer. The service can be used and paid with the Airwallet mobile app.
Cleaning supplies and ironing facilities are also available in the 24-hour laundry. Please return the items after use.

There is a small children's playground in the closed courtyard of the building.
The apartment complex "TopFloor Apartments" is located in a convenient location in Vilnius, in the Naujamiestis district. It is easily accessible on foot, by public transport, or by own transport. There are train and bus stations nearby, as well as buses to and from the airport. There are shops, restaurants, cafes and sports clubs in the vicinity.
